At Esperomed, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders — no hidden fees, no surprises.


Order Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after being placed.

  • An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed to our shipping carrier and is on its way to you.

  • During peak periods and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times depend on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, here’s how long it usually takes to arrive:

📦 United States: 5-8 business days
📦 Canada: 7-12 business days
📦 United Kingdom: 6-10 business days
📦 Australia:5-10 business days
📦 Other International Locations:7-12 business days

Please note: Shipping carriers may experience delays during peak seasons, holidays, or due to customs inspections. These factors are outside of our control and may extend delivery times.


Order Accuracy & Changes

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct and complete shipping details at checkout.

  • If our system detects an issue with your address, our team will reach out via e-mail within 3 business days to confirm. If we do not hear back, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

  • If you notice an error, please e-mail us at hello@esperomed.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we’ll do our best, we cannot guarantee changes after this timeframe.


Delivery Delays

We understand how important it is to receive your order quickly. While we always aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Courier delays or routing errors

  • Severe weather conditions or transportation disruptions

  • Customs processing or international regulations

  • Payment verification or product availability issues

If any delays occur, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and work with the courier to get your package moving again.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, it is outside of our direct control. If your package goes missing:

  1. Contact us at hello@esperomed.com so we can assist.

  2. File a claim with the courier company (most require this step to investigate).

  3. In some cases, we may also offer a replacement depending on the situation.

Please note that Esperomed is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped, and these fall outside of our refund policy. However, we’ll do everything possible to help resolve the issue and guide you through next steps.
