Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel or make changes to your order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing or shipping, and we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

  • If canceled within the allowed timeframe, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

60-Day Money Back Guarantee

  • Please use your product for a minimum of 14 days before requesting a return.

  • If you are not satisfied, you can return your item anytime between day 14 and day 60 after delivery.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Be sure to include your Order Number or the Name and E-mail Address used at checkout to speed up the process.

Damaged Items

We carefully package every order, but if your product arrives defective or physically damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

To report damage:

If approved, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost.
Please note: cosmetic damage to packaging (such as dents or scuffs) is not considered product damage. We also do not replace or refund items damaged from normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

We work hard to ship orders quickly, but please understand that delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors are outside of our control.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.

  • For delivery issues, please first contact your courier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If you notice a mistake, you must contact us within 24 hours.

  • After this time, we cannot guarantee corrections, resends, or refunds for packages sent to an incorrect address.
